Camera access is only used when you specifically activate these features. Images captured are processed securely, and in most cases, are stored only temporarily during the relevant process. Any permanent image storage is clearly disclosed during the specific feature usage.

  • Privacy Settings: Our app includes privacy settings that allow teen drivers and parents to mutually agree on what information is shared and when.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for family use, including parents and teen drivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

For teen drivers (13-17), we require parental/guardian consent and oversight. Parents create and manage family accounts, with teens having limited account privileges appropriate to their age.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information to the United States and process it there.
